We were able to get together between panels at Balticon to record a discussion of episode 6. Unfortunately Viv was working on a project for the New Media Party and could only check in with us for a minute here and there.

You may have noticed last week’s Game of Thrones Meme Round Up was a little light, I lost facebook for most of the week and that’s where I see the bulk of these memes. As always, please send me you favorites and I can add them.

I’ll admit it, there is a lot of Brienne love this week, but anytime I see anything with Brienne I’m going to include it because she’s so awesome.
There will be no episode of Beyond The Wall posted this week due to preparation for Balticon. We’ll be recording a live panel discussion (not about episode 6), and hope to find the time to record an in-person discussion of episode 6 sometime during the weekend.
I’ll get everything posted as soon as I can once we return from Balticon.

One we didn’t get in time for last week:
Buzzfeed had a post about what the characters would look like if they were shown as described in the books
They forgot his mismatched eyes, Tyrion is also meant to be polychromal and to have twisted legs.
I think Jorah would be much more hairy on his chest, the Mormon’s are meant to look like bears with their hair.
I really wanted Ygritte to have the crooked teeth
The reason Dany, and Viserys, and Aemon don’t have purple eyes is because the actor who played Aemon couldn’t wear the contact lenses, they bothered his eyes. I think the sacrifice was worth it for that actor.
