Here is “Episode 3” of SpecFicMedia’s launch show, Beyond The Wall – A Game of Thrones Podcast. This podcast will focus on a weekly discussion of the HBO series “Game of Thrones,” with additional discussions of the various media tied to George R.R. Martin’s fantasy series “A Song of Ice and Fire.”

Hey, just listened to the podcast! Enjoyed it, and I'm not just pulling a Littlefinger and telling you what you want to hear…
Chooch, thanks for the info on the opening credits, the inverse sphere explains the horizon going up when the camera is zooming into Vaes Dothrak.
If I can comment on episode four of the series (SPOILER ALERT to anyone foolish enough to be reading these comments and bit not having seen the most recent episode…)
– it was great seeing the 3 eyed crow.
– it was great seeing Ghost used as an Intimidation Tactic
Some backstory was awesome, i.e. Tyrion and Theon. Some of it was lackluster, i.e. Viserys droning on about dragons during sex.
But I think my favorite scene was with Jaime, talking to Jory about the siege during the Greyjoy rebellion. Jaime (briefly) warmed up to Jory, since in a very real way they had been comrades in arms. They've had nice touches with Jaime in dealing with other fighting men, like complimenting Ser Barristan on the fighting technique he used on the outlaw leader (mentioned during episode 3 with Robert demanding war stories.) It showed some of Jaime's charisma, and gave Jory some screen time.
Thanks again for the great podcast.
Yeah, I'll definitely be talking this week about how they addressed some of my concerns with the earlier episodes (Theon, the absence of the dreamworld on the show). Great episode.
