I totally bought the rebellion at Craster's, especially Rast stabbing Mormont from behind. Rat Bastard Rast.
I was moved by Viv's account of how it played out in the books, with Jeor Mormont's final words about Ser Jorah. I'm sorry we didn't get it that way in the show, but it was so chaotic once Mormont got stabbed, I don't think they could have accommodated it.
I'm pretty sure Podrick didn't do anything as pedestrian as the Lord's Kiss to the ladies. I'm still betting that he just cuddled and listened to their problems sympathetically and non-judgmentally. Like A Stud!
Theon's captor certainly has crazy eyes. I'm not surprised that non-book readers don't know what the hell is going on. There's a lot of things from the second book that were missing in season two, and I'm glad to see them work them in (like the Reeds) relatively organically.
